Stephanie joined LEB Insurance Group in 2015 as Sarah Leb’s very first Assistant. As the Executive Assistant to Sarah Leb, her responsibilities include assisting Sarah’s current clients with plan benefits, claims, billing, and general inquiries. In addition, she’s also responsible for all new employee paperwork also takes care of payroll for all LEB Insurance Group employees.
Since the age of 14, Stephanie had various jobs, all within the customer service field. It wasn’t until 2014, when she unexpectedly suffered serious health and medical issues after routine surgery, that she truly understood the importance of health insurance. After it was all said and done, Stephanie’s medical bills totaled over $1.5 million dollars! Thankfully, she had insurance that saved her from additional burdens financially. She truly believes that this is what led her to where she is today as part of LEB Insurance Group.
Stephanie has two teenage daughters who are actively involved in volleyball, basketball, and track. She loves to watch them play and compete, so when not at work, you’ll most likely find her and her husband sitting in the bleachers cheering on their girls. She also enjoys being outdoors and spending time at the lake with her husband, two children, and their dog, Oakley.
