Jim proudly joined the LEB Insurance Group in 2019 as the National Training Director for under-65 Health and Life insurance sales, and is now the Executive Sales & Training Consultant. Jim entered the industry in 1990 and strives to share his decades of sales expertise and knowledge with agents.
Jim is a U.S. Army combat veteran who served in the Signal Corps in Germany, Vietnam, and with NORAD at U.S. Air Force Base in Selfridge, MI. Originally from St. Paul, Minnesota, Jim studied at the University of Minnesota and the University of St. Thomas (formerly Saint Thomas College). He's also a graduate of The Sandler Sales Institute. In 1993, he came to Chicago, IL. He has been proudly married for 51 years to his wife, Kris, and together they have a son, two daughters, and four grandchildren.
Jim has worked in the financial and insurance industry for over two decades and personally sold millions in health insurance. He was mentored by International Business speaker, Jim Rohn, and has given sales seminars to thousands of sales professionals in the U.S., Dominican, Mexico, and Canada.
His motto is; “Give a man a fish and you’re keeping him heart healthy. Teach him how to fish and you’ve lost a good salesman forever!”
