In 2019, I joined the esteemed team at LEB Insurance Group, initially serving as an Executive Assistant to Sarah Leb, where my main focus was scheduling phone appointments with current and potential clients. In my current capacity as Talent Director, my responsibilities include reviewing resumes, conducting phone interviews, and contributing to the development of a top-tier team of agents.

My approach to recruiting is rooted in care, kindness, and a commitment to providing support and guidance to every potential recruit. I ensure that they feel valued and understand that I am available to address any questions or concerns they may have.

Prior to joining the team at LEB Insurance Group, I gained diverse professional experience in retail, customer service, air hosting, special needs care, and independent care of children and adults. Additionally, I served in the Wisconsin National Guard, adding a unique perspective to my professional journey. I pursued higher education at the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point, focusing on Health Promotions & Wellness with a minor in Military Science, all while balancing my role on the women's soccer team.

Outside of work, I cherish moments spent creating new experiences with my two daughters, enjoying quality time with family and friends, and engaging in my passion for soccer.
