In 2023, I joined LEB as the Technology Coordinator within the Technology Department, collaborating closely with the Technology Director to oversee various technology systems at LEB. My responsibilities encompass creating emails, facilitating training sessions for new agents on the CRM, managing updates to the CRM system, and assisting with the administration of the phone system, TBComm.

Prior to my role at LEB Insurance Group, I gained diverse experience working as a barista and contributing to events in the arts and athletics sectors. Concurrently, I am pursuing the completion of my Business Management degree at UW-Madison, further enhancing my skill set and knowledge in the field.

Outside of work and academics, I find joy in activities such as reading, traveling, attending theater productions, and cherishing moments with my two sisters. I approach every task with a diligent work ethic, a positive mindset, and a dedication to delivering results with a smile.
