In 2019, I stepped into the role of Technology Director at LEB Insurance Group. This position entails training new agents on our CRM system, offering user support and troubleshooting solutions, and overseeing CRM system updates. I firmly believe that effective communication with users requires exceptional listening skills and a high level of patience, enabling us to address issues promptly and efficiently.

My educational background includes studying Marketing at the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire, where I earned a BBA in Marketing in December 2017. Throughout my career, I've consistently gravitated towards roles in customer service, finding joy in collaborating with people and delivering exceptional experiences.

During my leisure time, I indulge in reading books by my favorite author, Jodi Picoult, exploring new travel destinations, and engaging in outdoor pursuits. I also enjoy organizing events for friends and family. A figure I deeply admire and draw inspiration from is motivational speaker Rachel Hollis.
