Michelle joined the LEB team in 2022 as the Group Benefits Coordinator. Her role involves helping businesses around the country organize and understand their group benefits.

Michelle comes to LEB with a passion for insurance and benefit areas. Having spent four years in human resources, she can understand a variety of personalities and has perfected the art of multi-tasking. Michelle is also well-educated in the field. She has an associate’s degree in Leadership Development, as well as an associate’s degree in Human Resource Management. Her education, personality, and prior experience make her a great asset to the team.

In her spare time, Michelle is an exceptional crafter and baker. This passion led her to open a small crafting business called Studio 7 Creations. Michelle also enjoys adventuring through state parks, going on hikes, and swimming.
