Katie Davies started at LEB in 2023 as the Technology Coordinator for the Technology Department. She works alongside the Technology Director on the various technology systems at LEB. Her role consists of creating emails, helping train new agents on the CRM, updating the CRM system, and helping manage the phone system, TBComm.

Before working at LEB Insurance Group, Katie previously worked as a barista, as well as at events for the arts and athletics. Currently, she is finishing her Business Management degree at UW-Madison.

When Katie is not at work, she enjoys reading, traveling, going to theater productions, and spending time with her two sisters. She aspires to do everything with a hardworking, positive attitude and a smile on her face.
