About

I joined LEB Insurance Group in 2019 with a sense of pride, assuming the role of National Training Director for under-65 Health and Life insurance sales, and later transitioning to Executive Sales & Training Consultant. My career in the industry dates back to 1990, during which I've been committed to imparting my extensive sales expertise and knowledge to fellow agents.

As a U.S. Army combat veteran serving in the Signal Corps with assignments in Germany, Vietnam, and NORAD at the U.S. Air Force Base in Selfridge, MI, I bring a disciplined approach to my work. Originally from St. Paul, Minnesota, I pursued higher education at the University of Minnesota and the University of St. Thomas (formerly Saint Thomas College) and further refined my skills at The Sandler Sales Institute. Relocating to Chicago in 1993, I've enjoyed a harmonious 51-year marriage with my wife, Kris, and together, we've raised a son, two daughters, and four grandchildren.

With over two decades of experience in the financial and insurance sectors, I've facilitated significant sales in health insurance. Under the mentorship of renowned International Business speaker Jim Rohn, I've conducted impactful sales seminars across the U.S., Dominican Republic, Mexico, and Canada, influencing numerous sales professionals.

My guiding maxim remains, "Give a man a fish, and you’re keeping him heart-healthy. Teach him how to fish, and you’ve created a lasting sales professional!"
