Erica became a part of the LEB Insurance Group team in the summer of 2022, as the Executive Assistant to Sarah Leb. She is responsible for Sarah Leb's current and new clients by setting appointments while ensuring they have the best experience when selecting an insurance plan. She also assists clients with billing, benefit plans, and general insurance questions.

She is originally from Columbus, Ohio, but moved shortly after turning seven to Frisco, TX. Erica relocated to several different cities and states throughout her life, including Plano, TX, Lewisville, TX, New Jersey, Gulfport, MS, Columbus, WI, Madison, WI, and finally to Waupun, WI. She has four kids, a 9-year-old daughter and three sons ages 18, 3, and 2 months old. 

In her free time, she enjoys listening to music, watching scary movies, baking cakes/sweets, and spending time with her family. She hopes to one day return to school and become an interior designer.
