TopBroker CRM Director of Support & Training
Brooke became the TopBroker CRM Director of Support & Training in 2019. She is responsible for training new agents, providing support and solutions to users when system issues occur, and managing updates made to the CRM tool. Brooke believes that it’s important to possess excellent listening skills and have a great deal of patience in order to effectively communicate with users and problem-solve issues in a timely manner.
Prior to working at the LEB Insurance Group, Brooke attended college at the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire where she studied Marketing. In December 2017, she graduated with a BBA in Marketing. She has always found herself within the customer service field and enjoys working with people.
In her free time, Brooke can be found reading books by her favorite author, Jodi Picoult, traveling, and participating in outdoor activities. She also loves planning events for friends and family. One person that Brooke admires and is inspired by is motivational speaker, Rachel Hollis.
