Jennine Pennix

I am originally from Chicago, IL currently residing in Texas. I am a District Partner with HealthCare Solutions Team & Leb Insurance Group. I have over 25+ yrs of experience in multiple areas in the medical profession. Over the years I have acquired various certifications that include Patient Care Tech, IV Tech, and Laboratory Tech (Hematology/Coag). 

After my mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s I needed to reinvent myself to become her full-time caregiver. Becoming a Life & Health Insurance agent was a very natural transition from my previous medical background, which allowed me to utilize my knowledge of medical terminology, as well as labs and diagnostic codes. I joined HealthCare Solutions Team in 2009 and The Leb Insurance Group in 2019.

Joining the Leb Group has allowed me to provide my clients with carrier options that will cover almost any and all health & Life Insurance needs based on their individual needs. As a District Leader, the Leb Group also offers my sub-agents/mentee’s all the tools that they need to become successful agents as well.

Being an independent agent has given me the true work/life balance that allows me to enjoy life to the fullest. When I’m not servicing my clients or mentoring my agents, you can find me cuddled up with a good book or spending time with my grandchildren, family and friends, or traveling and dining and dancing around the world!
